西區老年人中心是一項計劃，旨在將當地的老年人和老年人服務組織聚集在一起，以確保西區社區成為老年人可以成長的地方。它起到提供信息“樞紐”的作用，增強人們對本地計劃和服務的認識。它在確定服務提供方面的差距方面發揮領導作用，並為老年人的問題提供社區支持。
FOOD SECURITY
Food security exists when all people, at all times, have physical, social, and economic access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food that meets their dietary needs and food preferences for an active and healthy life.
Food is one of the first expenses to be reduced when one is struggling financially, and this disproportionally impacts vulnerable and marginalized individuals
